Cancellation Policy

Here at Bee Sam Beauty We will do everything can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations. We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Please give us a call at your earliest convenience to modify or cancel your appointment.

Bee Sam Beauty understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 48-hour notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments canceled within 48-hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for, will incur a charge of 50% of the service scheduled and must be paid before being able to book future appointments 

Late Policy

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you in 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “No-Show” and you will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled paid before being able to book future appointments. 

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, at Bee Sam’s discretion, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
