Brunette Hair Color
It was time for model Alix Breiter to turn a new leaf in her hair journey. This time around she decided to go darker with a fresh brunette hair color. Alix was rocking a lightly toned balayage which looked superb on her, but sometimes you want to change it up a bit. She returned to the Vancouver, WA salon to go see expert colorist Bee Sam. After a thorough consultation, she went under the dye. The finished result was a beautiful, vibrant, shiny and rich brunette color that fits her like a glove. To get this unique brown look Bee Sam used a single processed color on Alix’s hair. This particular shade of dark brunette color looks extraordinary on Alix’s long and luscious mane which showcases the shade in large amounts. Having colored over Alix’s existing balayage, this gave way to a gradient effect that gives her hair some added dimension. Many clients get to experience this effect first hand when they opt to color over multi-toned hair color styles like ombres and pinwheels. With so many brunette hair color options available at the salon from cocoa to chestnut to mahogany, there is a wealth of brunette hair color looks awaiting salon goers. Alix Breiter showcases her new brunette hair color with photographer Amy Garza in downtown Vancouver, WA. The brunette looks dashing wearing a designer Kendra Jones custom dress and a necklace handmade by Evy Curl (From the Heart Jewelry). Both the skirt and the jewelry is made locally in Vancouver, Washington. Do brunettes have more fun than blondes? Decide for yourself.
